3. Independent Contractors
All referred contractors are independent businesses.
By accepting a referral:

Insurance

Safety and workmanship

We make reasonable efforts to recommend reputable contractors but do not guarantee their work.
4. Quotes and Payments

Quotes provided by contractors are between you and the contractor

We are not responsible for pricing, variations, or disputes

Payments for contractor work are made directly to the contractor
For handyman services performed by us:

Pricing will be agreed prior to work commencing

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
5. Referral Fees
We may receive a referral or marketing fee from contractors.
This fee does not increase your quoted price unless disclosed by the contractor.
6. Liability Disclaimer

Contractor workmanship

Delays or project outcomes

Damage caused by third-party contractors

Our liability for handyman services is limited to:

Re-performance of the service; or

Refund of the service fee

7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

8. Cancellations
